Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and OYSTARTECH Ltd ("ttlk," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our websites, mobile apps, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1) What ttlk does
ttlk provides an AI-assisted personal styling experience that helps you organise a digital wardrobe, create outfits from your own items, and discover products from third-party retailers based on your preferences, context (e.g., weather, occasion), and feedback. Certain features may rely on third-party technology providers.
2) Eligibility & accounts
You must be 13+ to use the Service. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental/guardian consent. Parents/guardians who allow a minor to use the Service accept these Terms and are responsible for the minor's activity.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at marketing@ttlk.co.uk.
3) Trials, beta features & changes
We may offer free trials or beta features from time to time. Beta features may change, be withdrawn, or become paid features, and are provided "as is." We may modify or discontinue any feature or the Service at any time.
4) Subscriptions & payments
We may offer paid plans that auto-renew until cancelled. We will tell you the price, billing interval, and how to cancel before you subscribe.
You can cancel at any time in Account -> Billing (or via your app-store subscription settings). Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or our posted refund policy. Taxes and app-store terms may apply.
5) AI functions, your content & output
Definitions. "User Content" is content you upload or provide (e.g., wardrobe photos, measurements, preferences). "Output" is AI-generated results the Service returns (together with User Content, "AI Content").
Your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and lawful basis to upload it (including any personal data of others). Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
How we use User Content. You grant ttlk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence (with the right to sublicense to our service providers) to host, process, store, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content to operate, provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service, including to develop and enhance AI features. We may use aggregated and/or de-identified data for analytics and improvement. We will not use your wardrobe photos or personal images to market ttlk without your separate permission.
Third-party AI/infra. We may use third-party providers to deliver AI functionality and infrastructure. We may share User Content with such providers solely to provide the Service and subject to appropriate safeguards.
About Output. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and similar or identical Output may be provided to other users. Do not rely on Output as professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating Output before use.
6) Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes; do not upload NSFW/sexual content.
- Do not infringe others' rights, harass, discriminate, or upload malware.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or use bots that degrade our systems; do not attempt unauthorised access; do not reverse engineer or bypass limits; do not misrepresent your identity.
- Do not sell or transfer your account or abuse free trials/rebates.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7) Intellectual property; feedback
Except for your User Content and Output (to the extent it contains your User Content), ttlk owns the Service and all materials in it. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as permitted by law or by us in writing. If you submit feedback, you grant ttlk the right to use it without restriction or compensation.
8) Third-party links & shopping
The Service may show products, links, or content from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, descriptions, pricing, availability, or policies. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.
9) App-store terms
If you downloaded the app from Apple or Google, their terms also apply. They are not responsible for providing any maintenance or support for the app.
10) Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice including: (a) the work claimed infringed, (b) the allegedly infringing material and its location, (c) your contact details, (d) a good-faith statement of non-authorisation, and (e) your signature. 11) Confidential information
If you receive non-public information about our business, technology, or operations, you must keep it confidential and use it only as permitted in these Terms. Return or destroy it upon request or when these Terms end.
12) Disclaimers
The Service (including beta features) is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, availability, or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Do not rely on styling suggestions or Output without your own review.
13) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ttlk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the lesser of (i) the amounts you paid to ttlk for the Service in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to liability or (ii) GBP 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your rights may vary.
14) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ttlk and our affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15) Termination
You may delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach or suspected breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or to protect the Service and our users. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination. We may delete your data in the ordinary course after account closure as described in our Privacy Policy.
16) Dispute resolution & governing law
We prefer to resolve issues informally. Please contact marketing@ttlk.co.uk first. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days, each of us may pursue permitted claims in court.
Governing law & forum. These Terms and any dispute or claim (contractual or non-contractual) shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in the UK/EU you may bring a claim in your local courts and under mandatory local law.
Class/collective actions. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be brought only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative proceeding.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app notice or email). Changes apply prospectively. If you continue using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and, if applicable, cancel your subscription.
18) Assignment; third-party rights
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms (e.g., to a parent, affiliate, acquirer, or successor). No third party has rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these Terms.
19) Entire agreement; severability; no waiver
These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and plan-specific terms) form the entire agreement between you and ttlk and supersede prior understandings. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force; the invalid provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
